Dr. Sandra Kessen

Veterinarian

Education: Ohio State University 2002
Dr. Sandra Kessen received her undergraduate degree in biology from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Her interest include small animal orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, small animal ultrasound as well as small animal medicine. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, boating, snow and water sking and fishing.

Dr. Jason Kessen

Veterinarian

Education: Ohio State University 2002
Dr. Kessen received his undergraduate degree in biology from John Carroll University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Dr. Kessen’s interest include equine lameness and sports medicine as well as small animal medicine. Recently Dr. Jason graduated from Options For Animals College of Animal Chiropractic in Kansas, and is now available to perform chiropractic exams and adjustments on equine and canine patients. Dr. Jason enjoys spending his free time fishing with his family, snow skiing and coaching wrestling.

Education: IBC Vet Tech Institute
Autumn, originally from Ossian, Indiana, has been a registered veterinary technician at Kessen Veterinary Clinic since 2008, and is now the Office Manager. She has a strong interest in surgery, as well as preventative medicine. Outside the clinic Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband, son and German Shepherd Willis.

Education: Brown Mackie College
Origianlly from St. David, Arizona, Jamie and her family moved to Delphos in 2001. She attended Brown Mackie College in Findlay, Ohio, where she obtained her degree in veterinary technology in 2010. When not at work Jamie loves to hike, read, and spend time with her family and her dog Geo.

Education: Columbus State Community College
Originally from Cridersville, Ohio, Jennifer attended the OSU agricultural branch in Wooster where she obtained an associate degree in equine sciences. From there she went onto study veterinary technology at Columbus State Community College, obtaining her RVT degree in 2005. She has been the equine technician at Kessen Veterinary Clinic since 2006. When not at the clinic, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her Husband, Eric and their new son, Mason at their home in Celina, Ohio.

Ruth D.

Receptionist

Ruth, of Delphos, is one of our courteous and friendly receptionists. She has been with the clinic for 15 years. In addition to receptioning Ruth also helps coordinate events in our office. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family, especially her three beautiful granddaughters. She also enjoys playing hide and seek with her 8 year old Poodle Petie.

Receptionist

Education: The Ohio State University
Tracey was born and raised in Lima,Ohio. Tracey is one of our friendly and courteous receptionist that has been with the clinic since October of 2011. In addition to receptioning Tracey also networks our social media sites and helps coordinate events in our office. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Agriculture where she majored in animal science with a minor in classical studies. She enjoys volunteering with local animal rescue groups and relief organizations. She has two cats named Alysia and Little Miss Muffet.
